Wellbeing By Design

Wellbeing By Design is a series of hands on workshops  each based on one of 6 Health and Lifestyle principles. The aim is to build a toolkit that empowers you with the skills and knowledge to live a vital, resilient and dynamic life. Take it wherever you go!

The six lifestyle principles that form the workshops are: Clarity of Purpose, the Importance of Movement, the Need for Rest,  Strength of Community, the Art of Simplicity, and the Power of Real Food.

'In a time when we have often moved away from these basics in our daily lives, a gentle re-alignment can have a very powerful effect on our health and happiness, both individually and collectively'

When used in combination these 6 guiding principles enable us to get the most out of our lives. They allow us to feel connected to all parts of life and in control of our own health and wellbeing - which is pretty exciting!

The practical approach of the workshops ensure that you have learnt, practiced, and experienced the effect of each of the lifestyle tools so that you can directly and quickly apply these to your life.

Wellbeing By Design puts the power in your hands. Build habits that will stay with you for a lifetime!

Wellbeing by Design is for anyone wanting to be empowered in their lives and positively engaged in the world around them.
