Personal Training Terms and Conditions

Congratulations on your decision to invest in, and improve your health, by participating in a personal training program!

With the help of your personal trainer, you greatly improve your ability to accomplish your health goals faster, safer, and with maximum benefits. The tools you will learn during sessions will be with you for a lifetime.

Remember exercise, rest, and nutrition are all of EQUAL importance.


1.Bookings are for the duration of your package then ongoing. Cancellation of ongoing training requires 30 days written notice.

2.Payments are in total (can be split into 2+ payments) or 1 session in advance via automatic payment weekly/fortnightly or monthly.

3.Sessions that are not rescheduled or cancelled 24 hours in advance will result in the forefeiture of the session and a loss of the financial investment at the rate of the session.

4.Clients arriving late will receive the remaining of the scheduled session time, unless other arrangements have been made with the trainer.

5.The expiration policy requires completion of all sessions within 1 one week of the scheduled time-frame. Sessions are void after this time period.

6.No sessions will be refunded for any reason, including but not limited to relocation, illness and unused sessions.

7.There are no weather cancellations so we will find a sheltered spot, bring a jacket or let the forest canopy keep us dry!
