MoveFit Groups

MoveFit group training is about moving naturally in the outdoors with like minded people, in a way that works with you and for you. 

There are groups based in the awesome Auckland Domain and Devonport Domain and both run two nights a week. 

Each session starts with a catch up, warm up, and a stretch out. Often this is the first time people have managed to get outside for the day so straight away you'll start feeling energised and ready to go.

From here we move into a workout which gets the whole body moving by combining strength, mobility, and getting the heart rate up. The aim is to move around the park using as many natural features as possible combined with the use of strength bags (provided). 

At each session the group and trainer work together. If the energy is good the session will reflect it, if it's low we'll slow it right down and work on what needs to be done that day. Feedback is part of the session! 

This training is for absolutely anyone. There is only one common factor and that is attitude, if you are open and ready to go you will get so much from the sessions. 

All sessions are scaled so whether you're completely starting out or you are already super active you will get exactly what you want from the MoveFit groups.
