Do Anywhere Programs

Over the years I've been asked a lot for programs that can be done anywhere using little or no equipment. It's awesome to be empowered with your own body that you can use wherever you go....anytime! 

I have put together a few here that I have tried and tested a lot and which are super effective.They balance the 6 natural movements of the body and combine strength, mobility, and get the heart rate up. Enjoy!

As a guide doing one of these 2 x per week will give you a nice base. I highly advise doing the Salute to the Sun sequence 1 x per week's amazing! 

1. This simple program is great to do at home, on holiday or when working away. It will quickly help to clear the mind and get you feeling good.

Complete 10 repetitions of each exercise then rest for 1 minute. Repeat 3 times.
Bodyweight Squats - Demonstration

2. This program is a step up from the one above and takes a bit longer. If you don't have a kettlebell just grab something of equivalent weight from around the house. 

Tabata intervals: On each exercise do 20secs work 10secs rest 8 times continuously (4 minutes per exercise). Rest for 2 minutes before moving to next exercise.

3. Salute to the Sun. This yoga sequence it such an awesome addition to any program. It lengthens the body, incorporates the breath,  and instantly makes you feel great.  I've been doing it for years :)
