Be Active Fitness Group

The Be Active Fitness Group runs out of Devonport and is a group where age, injury, health status, and start point are all catered for. 

Every indvidual can work at their own pace and the focus is on mobility, life long fitness and strength, and enjoyment. Every workout will challenge you within your range and focus on form and function so you get the most out of your life!

We have such a variety of people training in this group from those that have not exercised in 20 years to people with knee/shoulder injuries to those that have always been active and want to maintain their level. Each session is so much fun and the results have been amazing.....

'We are moving so much more easily and have generally more vitality. People have lost weight, gained energy and most of all feel really motivated. Each week most of us are doing new things we didn't think we could do when we first started. Overall this is such a positive experience with a great group of people'
